We are a Food Tech Startup based in Guwahati, Assam, registered as Sprengal Food Technologies Pvt. Ltd. creating Micro Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Restaurants at grassroot level.
In an effort to bring out the True Taste from Himalayas, we discovered the best recipes crafted from the lands of Darjeeling, which is at the Heart of Himalayas and having a mix of Tibetan and Nepalese Culture, this place is a heaven for Momos and other Tibetan Tastes. Coming from a chemical Engineering background from Assam Engineering College, Co-Founders, Shahrukh Siddiki and Rezaul Chowdhury got interested in working towards developing the unorganized restaurants sector and hence got started with humble beginnings back in 2018.
Currently registered as Sprengal Food Technologies Pvt Ltd, the StartUp has started creating microentreprenuership at grassroot level. Incubated by Assam StartUp and IIM Calcutta, it has now spread its wings to different areas of Guwahati and making quality and hygienic food available for everybody.
